It is plainly set in the PR that today is the last day to buy and be a shareholder of record. If someone want sthe dividend they must buy before end of market today

Yeah holiday screws it all up huh?
So technically even though their PR states today as the last day to purchase the stock, it was yesterday.
They were/are looking out for the longs.
