I agree this is another great move by the company. My biggest concern has been the small number of shares out there make it hard for funds to take positions. This will help and we'll timed ahead of the events they will be at the next few weeks. For now I will stick with my 50 target which will be 25 in two weeks but I reserve the right to increase it back to 50.

What's the advantage of calling this a 'one-time stock dividend' as opposed to a stock split?

The shorts hate these type of dividends. This is a thumb in their eye.
Great for longs.

Exactly this was a way to attract institutions. Very smart and still keeps the O/S low. Nice forward split. This also shows they have confidence with the future.
