WHE Generation is a new company that was spun out of Cyclone. Cyclone has sold almost its entire stake in WHE GEN. Even if WHE GEN succeeds, Cyclone won't benefit.
The Waste Heat Engine (WHE) was the only thing Cyclone had that has any chance of commercialization, and now it's gone. It was the only asset Cyclone could sell.
Smart(er) money is investing in WHE GEN while CYPW is left to sink with the liabilities.
WHE GEN just put out an ad for a new Chief Technology Officer to fulfill the role formerly filled by Harry Schoell before the subsidiary was spun off. Given the list of requirements and some of the statements in the "Help Wanted" ad, it is obvious that the new company wants to ditch all their inherited technology and develop a product from scratch. That part is smart, anyhow. Since Cyclone still has Harry Schoell and his patents, we can guess what the WHE subsidiaries opinion of that is.
