Once the 8-K is filed, that's when this is going to GO BOOM!! Hopefully everything will look favorable and show a decent income stream and that will put us into dubs and hopefully pennies!
IMHO, this is not going to happen before the CC, so if anyone is using the CC as the last hope to get the highest PPS, they are kidding themselves because more things are going to happen after the CC, and some things regarding the RM they may not be able to talk about as per SEC regs.
