Speculative scenario...

Hill takes the reign as CEO of the spun out entity that handles all the INDs... With Inventiv as CRO and a private equity backed enterprise, this would make a ton of sense. I always thought Hill was placed on as BOD for such purpose.

No way if they get 15 million in funding that ANY of the past management will be able to touch it..
