Charlie.......talked to Brian today. He has had a number of communications with the Israeli company over a long period, and has in the past made them a proposal similar to what we have discussed, minus the JV. One of the guys from Mainland has also been to see them in Israel a couple of times.
If their interest is genuine, they should have a willing party to work with.
