On October 28, 2014, defendant in the above-captioned case filed a motion to stay proceedings, and plaintiffs filed a response on November 17, 2014. Now, plaintiffs in a related case, Rafter v. United States, 14-740C, have filed a motion for leave to file in this case an amicus brief opposing defendant’s motion to stay. For the reasons outlined in that submission, the motion to file an amicus brief is GRANTED. The amicus brief attached to the motion is sufficiently filed, and need not be refiled.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

Pretty routine to allow Amicus briefs. Almost never denied. I don't recall ever hearing of one being denied in my over 40 years of law practice.

Great sign! Hopefully she can remain in harmony with common law. This could be a landmark case. It could put the feds & professional politicians on notice and allow Americans the opportunity to step off this charade. Fed's got to go.
