Your thoughts are on target, especially as I have discussed the concept with upper management over the years.

If there is going to be a reverse split, it won't be for at least 2 years after revenue generating flights have commenced.

Right after certification, upper management will be focusing very heavily on expanding the company and strengthening its internal structure, basically re-investing earnings into growth and solidification (think 2015, 2016, and into 2017).

Once the stock price settles down to whatever its normal trading level will be (keep in mind the stock will probably be moving up and down during the first two years, with news of new routes and new planes and newspaper articles and quarterly earning reports, etc.), then upper managent will revisit the stock price and make a decision regarding a reverse split or a buyback.

But again, that discussion is at least 2 years away......and will be based on a lot of factors at that time, which will undoubtedly be very different from where they are today.
