JOSEPH NOEL OF MDHI BUSTED BY SEC. MOTORBOOSTER BOUGHT BY RONNIE IS ONE OF THE MAIN INGREDIENTS. So much for Ron to deal with since joe and the llc are beneficial owners of the stock....So many claims by ron and MDHI didn't happen. The SEC is getting LOTS of material that I'm sure Joseph Noel thought was long erased.
