Why would DMRJ allow ISC to use the patents as collateral for the BAM note AND agree to become the subordinate junior lien holder?


For whatever reasons DMRJ could not lend more money to ISC, even with the patents as collateral. Maybe they were already loaded with enough risk. That risk went away with the TSA contract.

The BAM deal was a bridge loan, plain and simple, to get past the risk stage. It will be paid back by March, either by DMRJ or a new lender.


Most investors here want a NASDAQ listing instead of a $3 buyout. Why assume DMRJ doesn't want the same ?

The biotech analogy is somewhat valid. The early backers of Amgen did very well. Why would DMRJ bail early when they are holding a royal flush once BAM is gone and the Ace card is back in ISC's hands?
