What he does is BS some SAP with a Company into believing that Eddie is going to throw money at him or a zillion shares for a merger. Then seconds later BS,LYING,PUMPING PR is released about the "big merger". And yawn.....as usual the GULLIBLE find out months later than Eddie never parted with a PENNY or gave the FOOL so much as one share and it's off.
This happens EVERY TIME. In fact on sister FRAUD PRPM and new FRAUD SUTI they've used this merger/acquisition nonsense on the SAME COMPANY THREE TIMES and it's still BS!!!!!!
