Maybe I will ask the SEC why it is taking so long? I'm a little frustrated also it has taken so long but it could very well be because of all the different agencies involved now. And BTW why doesn't Treaty post a copy of the ORIGINAL, NOT A MADE UP TITLE. It is because they don't have one. It is much like the lie they are going to sell the rig. They can't because they don't have the title. Some one is supposed to look into asking Blackburn and Tesarski what they are going to do with the rig but I doubt they will. Treaty is nothing but a pump and dump scam company run by crooks.
