Dude, this discussion was never about Authorized Share Count. You're the one who mentioned shareholder approval in a discussion about the issuance of common stock! Probably one of the more frustrating discussions I've had on this forum.
Oh my GOSH, I'm confused now as to whose yacht I'm partying on :( Hahaha.... I'm happy for all that can do that (buy so many shares) I just hope I can be happy about what ever little bit I've got. We'll have to connect the yachts - issue solved :)
