Thanks for the welcome. I cannot speak for those who have been here a long time and it appears in many cases suffered. This stock is on my radar for these reasons all IMO

Its cheap
It seems to have a decent following
Recent hints at working relationship with SSBN which has real Assets
Releases seem honest and include bad news (which I don't recall seeing with a lot of P&D types stocks)
The timing of announcements seems realistic to me to because these types of deals don't get done in a hurry ESPECIALLY in the US Banking industry. I would be more concerned with a ton of releases about nothing than the periodic information that has been disseminated.
IR is responsive
Filings are up to date and audited
