If there is nothing but fluff here, I doubt it will make it to $0.02. On the other hand, if this is a real attempt to develop a product and the company can show revenues, et cetera, then two cents will look very cheap a few months from now.
Saying you are waiting for .02 strikes me as a pretty funny line from someone calling this a POS. All you want is for the stock to more than double? I'd bet big that if it made another run like that, you would hold on for more, just as you did back in March.
