That isn't true at all. Only the company can issue shares. No third party is able to issue shares of a company's stock. Only that company can issue shares of their own stock. This is stocks 101.

The misrepresentation is appalling.

False. Filings in fact contradict everything the company has been saying lately, at least via PR, Twitter, and conference calls.

I question if you read the filings. Reread them. There are noteholders selling squat.
