Once the market notices whats going on here, no one will want to sell their shares until at least a fair value of $1 or more

That would be 8x EPS.

Sale of the endoscopy unit that was losing monies was completed this week, immeditately adds .03 EPS to EPS and makes the balance sheet look awesome!
