along4zride...You can't use the word frivolous here. By it's very definition, you're wrong.
Frivolous: silly and trivial, lacking in intellectual substance and not worth serious consideration.
FnF are in no way trivial. They represent free enterprise in the hands of someone other that the owners of the federal reserve. Seriously, they must remain free and the government must get it out of their heads that they can just give them to the federal reserve. Maybe if the government could balance the phony budget, we wouldn't have to keep paying off the federal reserve. They need to get at a minimum their hands slapped. Actually, I'd prefer they get convicted of treason and sentenced according to the laws provided for in the constitution for the united states of America.
Unfortunately, this case is not being tried in a court of common law but in the court of Admiralty law that the judges practice because they work for THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INCORPORATED. But, the good news here is that they have met their match. One outcome can be that Fairholme and others beat the gov. and slow them down. Hopefully they remain incorruptible in this case.
