i've done well on 15-15D filers in the past with patience. Sometimes RM's come out of them not always but i take shots on these kind been holding some anyway in case they decide to start filing again.

Company doesn't have to file now & they stay current, Allot of times companies file Form 15 before a Reverse Merger, but it allows them to focus on the business more and less on filings
