that would be comical if i could be sure not one single reader actually believed it.

i work hard doing DD - not discrediting mgmt teams of companies i own stock in. unfortunately, in this one, the DD happens to have significant and repeated red flags concerning mgmt's actions with respect to stock trading, reorgs, missing shares, non disclosure, not following through on commitments to shareholders/investors, etc. i, as well as others, have laid out the disconnects on this board and other forums. most recently on the discrepancy between current inside ownership and last reported for MLOG and MOBL and still trying to determine where the missing 1.7MM shares of MLOG that went to MOBL are at (did you split them with Mecc...?)

as far as expanding revenues, you (once again) took an excellent opportunity to defend that statement and kicked it right in the groin.

please share with the board the 2012-2014 revenue numbers for Alpha Helix. it is a privately held company that does not disclose numbers. further, there are not many online retailers that carry their only product and those are heavily discounted to retail/launch price (which i provided several examples of price and reviews on prior posts). further, i havent found a store (bricks and mortar) that carry the product. to the best of my knowledge - GNC never did unless i misunderstood the person i spoke with.

so -again - please back up your statement of "expansion of revenues" from this acquisition. further, since you and Jay are buddies - please have them disclose terms of the deal with the 8K equivalent so shareholders can judge for themselves if it is a good deal. you know - that disclosure thing that provides integrity to the process so that shareholders can align themselves with mgmt strategies.
