If Provista does not begin to sell Videssa till after June 2, they still need to complete the Reverse Merger and Promote the Partnership well in advance so they will be ready to roll.

There are a lot of I's to dot, and T's to cross in the meantime, and I would expect these breadcrumbs to be in the Public Domain to verify. Look for 1st quarter 2015 to confirm the merger.
