The split takes place on Monday. My understanding is that the PPS will drop by 1/2 as well. I think splits do confuse a lot of OTC investors... which is why the split needs to happen first, then the stock can go back to it's normal course. Like I said, I don't see any reason for a sell off right now. The reason the PPS is falling is IMO, dilution at the highest price before the split. After a split, it should not be favorable for the company to dilute any further.
