'former CEO'? William is still CEO of VMGI. New CEO is for the new NY division of VDAD.......a sub of VMGI, I believe, and if William 'believes in VMGI, he wouldn't be selling his shares off cheap. Back when it was even at .0009-.0010, his call to me and conversations with others here, he implied that it was a great buying opportunity and if I were you, I would not be selling now with all that is coming together..not exact quote..and he expected a really good first Q and at least back to the .01 range.
