This is the power of FPFI, the CEO is Big Board material.
The usual stink pink CEO would be Nickle and dimeing this for $10k blocks at deep discount shares with a handful. They trip over each other to exit for the 15%.
This way we have now major block of funding and the more the story creates value, the more control we have over the funding arm.
This goes to $30 a share, he ain't going to get 5% or $1.25mm worth.
Down here, 5% is doable and we could use the cash. Good news can absorb 5% in a snap.
If this stuff sells, we are good down here.
Great spot to get an entry position or average down.
No excusses when this turns up hard.
And it seems we have many that need to hold to get back even. Strong hold down in these parts.
