Landmark: That is an excellent point. I remember corresponding with Quantum/Niocorp 1-2 years ago, and the underlying message was always that there were several NDA just waiting for positive drill testing results to enter some sort of partnership agreement with them....they were just waiting for "preliminary economics" which most JV suitors need to see.
We have the "preliminary economics"...and it is excellent...so it is reasonable and fair to ask...where are the suitors?
Like you stated, Landmark, suitors could sign up pending a favorable bankable feasibility study.
