I feel as though they are me...three years ago. It took me a good many years to finally understand what others had been spewing early on, but the pinnacle moment came last January when YA circumvented the shareholder vote which had vetoed any possibility of a r/s and the associated increase in A/S.
YA appeared from nowhere, absent any formal shareholder vote (because they had again become the majority shareholder on an as converted basis), and achieved their goal. I have no words to describe YA...without my post being removed.
