#311244 RE: Decarz #311243

How many years you going to beat the same drum? Have you made any money on this POS stock? The market cap is smaller than the salaries of the BOD'S they don't own of this why should you? They are all their for the paychecks. Can't see why YA is still letting this company hang on? Maybe the patents aren't worth as much as you believe them to be? We all know that no company has SUPPOSEDLY made an offer or we didn't hear about them if there has been? Has anyone made an offer for this company in all these years? Just end it get the misery over already. One more question how do you know NEOM will make money if the QR business explodes? How many years has NEOM been trying with all the BRILLIANCE running this company over the years. Seems like they only know how to carry their paychecks to the bank when it is time to cash them. :(

Decarz,

Neom will NOT promote the company or the stock until such time as the debt has been repaid in full...period. YA will not cease dilution until either the debt has been repaid in full, or until they have converted 100% of the debentures...period.

Currently, the debt stands at approximately $40 Million. If YA were to convert 100% of the debentures, it would equate to approximately 400 BILLION shares of dilution...400 BILLION shares!!

Given the current A/S of 7.5 BILLION shares, I will let you take a run at calculating the number of reverse splits necessary to convert those debentures...and as Vero has stated previously, the 400 BILLION shares does not take into account all aspects of the conversions.

YA will dilute (convert their debentures) as rapidly as demand will allow, therefore, the pps will NOT rise!! This has been demonstrated time and time again, and you are able to view FIRM evidence of this in the chart.

In addition, the O/S increased from 330 million shares to 3.4 BILLION shares within a span of approximately 5 (FIVE) months, due strictly to YA's dilution. I ask that you PLEASE refrain from coaching newbies into acquiring shares!

Why pull them to your (and all of our) misery? Yes, misery enjoys a healthy dose of company, however, far too many of us have been slaughtered and dilution has advanced much more rapidly with each successive r/s.

All of the above...as always, JMO.

Best,
BC
