IMO no legitimate company would even consider acquiring a stinky pinky like SNDY.........before any company would consider acquiring a pink sheet stock with over a Billion shares in its O/S, IMO a massive Reverse Split would be required first. Even Solos agrees with that, as they used it as an excuse to justify past Reverse Splits of 1/5000.
