No, that is how much they have on everyone accused, not just Llamas. They have to go through everything related to the entire case.

Correct....This is why MJNA CEO Michael Llamas cannot strike a deal with USDOJ prosecutors because with 16 counts out of the 50 counts being attributed to him....it makes him a key participant.

The best is yet to come for the victims.....The government will have to prove that Michael Llamas was a participant in the mortgage fraud scheme.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul A. Hemesath, will lay out the fraud scheme very methodically. He has the reputation of not quitting until the metal bars shut behind the criminal.


***The federal government will have the sworn testimony from four (4) people who also helped facilitate the mortgage fraud scheme with Michael Llamas.

Not looking good for the CEO of MJNA....Michael Llamas.

The federal hound dogs are on his fraud trail. JMHO
