Interesting perspective.. look at the alternative energy stocks. They made a similar move last Jan/Mar.

PLUG MNGA these two in Jan

FCEL BLDP these two in Mar

The MMs showed us 3 new states means nothing in the MJ world

Also last year there were some penny stock hustlers that have since been arrested, hustling the MJ stocks..
