It is doubtful that the share structure of the common shares has changed much since the common has traded very little over the past 18-24 months. There are approximately 105 shareholders total. Most are holding and expecting news. The only future event that will move the PPS UP will be the signing of the Army/DoD contract. At the moment that is in doubt. Without a new/renewed contract the PPS is going back to .003-.006 area or lower. Place your bet or not. HAWK
