Below was my question in response to your post and link to the State of Nevada's letter to the relevant local jurisdictions. I hear what you are implying in that the number of potential licensees are further limited and therefore increase the probability for Medifarm. But I don't necessarily equate this notice to Medifarm being assured of licenses. I want to be clear that I'm not upset at anything TRTC has done or not done, I'm just somewhat agitated that an otherwise clear and direct process now seems to be getting blurred by red tape.

Sleek - I've read the division's paper and I don't see how this puts Medifarm any closer to placing boots on the ground. How do you consider this match point? Enlighten me if you will.
