Not that I am aware of. Not sure of the catalyst. Last year was hype of Colorado. Not sure of the year before. Maybe somebody can speak to the significance of the timing.
My only thought would be IF hedge funds take bets on OTC they might go aggressive in the beginning of the year to lock in gains early to exit before Q1 statements. Just a theory.
