November - company announces it has formula approval and is now waiting on label approval. WTF? I thought you said most of the work was done in June and you were prepared for a summer launch, and now it's November and you just got your formula approved? And now we have to wait on another approval? Didn't you say the launch was "imminent" like 3 months ago? Didn't you know you would need to wait on all these approvals?
