That email is pretty interesting in my opinion.....especially the part about a PR in a week or so.
Based on Maximum's involvement in NTEK it is pretty clear they know how to give the market the type of info it is looking for to move the share price significantly higher.
Hopefully, they can help duplicate that move with BBRD.
FYI, a symbol change is sometimes beneficial because it also requires a new CUSIP # for the security which would require an accounting of shares. If there are any outstanding short positions in BBRD at the time of the accounting of shares they will be forced to cover and theoretically drive the share price much higher......especially with a very low float.
