I agree IAG just sold off their Niobium Mine for 530 million. Also in the sale they still get a small Royalty to the mine for like 2-3 years if I remember. Per the terms of the deal the Board stated that the company had to use the cash to either pay off debt, Buy new assets or both. This sell gives them 1.3 billion in working capital. They have plenty of cash on hand right now. I think as gold goes higher this one will look cheaper and cheaper at these prices. As far as solar I was one of the guys that stated for a long time if you were going to play solar stick to the guys with plenty of cash. One of my absolute Favs was CSIQ at $5-6 and it has really gained. They had less debt then most and lots of cash on hand. With gold its no different there will be some that still go down in flames even if gold goes higher. When the industry you are in takes a hit its Cash on the books that weathers the storm. Its cash on hand that lets you take advantage of solid assets at bargain basement prices. I think we see IAG go shopping soon and they have the cash to take advantage of these cheaper gold prices.

I also see you like many of the names I like. As you can see most of these guys have very nice cash reserves.
