This stock is so irrelevant that the market could care less what happens to it. The debt is the reason it is where it is. You have pointed out that there is a huge potential gain here, don't you think that if the market felt that way they would be buying? The truth is the market has moved on its only the VCs picking over the carcass that keeps this from going to no bid.
