You were told the truth? NO! you were given an scapegoat excuse which was within itself, a LIE!
Admitting that ADCS "Chose" to NOT pay the annual fee "CAN", in fact, be the truth in and of THE CHOICE itself!
But what's being selectively ignored is "THEIR" disclosure of the "REASON" for their choice to not paying the annual fee, especially when realizing that ALL COSTS INVOLVED comes from the investment capital their "shareholders", rather than their OWN wallets, being that they're generating "NO Revenue" to do so.
Therefore, whether they pay that fee or not, NONE OF IT is on their own dime and since such fees falls under their company's operating costs, you know, the REASON why they're selling their company shares in the first place? -Then, they should "USE" their shareholder's vested interests "FOR" that purpose, as intended.
but, of course, that can be a challenge when company obligations conflicts with personal squandering.
They've already made BANK over the years Selling their company shares and since R/S'ed the Post R/S surviving shareholders into oblivion, which gave them more BANK, so, aint like they cant afford it!
However, if they were as authentic as they've lead the investment public at large to believe, (wink!) they'd be keeping their records/documents/files current!
Revenue or not!
Apparently, its more lucrative to DO what they've been doing to who ever buys their shares.
THAT part is also a FACT! (wink!) and anyone can simply review the history of this ticker symbol to Prove it!
All of which leaves them with only one option!
"To Succeed" in order to regain the trust of the investment market!
I'm not bashing and there's nothing I've said that can be proven false and/or slanderous, let alone misleading!
I'm only POINTING OUT the tracks they've left in their trails!
The Insiders/Owners of this company aren't stupid! they know Exactly what it takes to pull this company's reputation out of the gutter!
THEY ALL DO!
But, have you ever just as well cared to figure out "WHY" they've "CHOSE" not to?
