apparently Jay Cutler had a short lived run as the face/BOD member of Alpha Helix shortly after its 4/12 launch:

hahaha, the investor group for AH ran out of cash. this bitch was never a TRUE owner of AH, just another sponsored athlete. Ronnie Coleman's line of sugar flavored kool-aid is junk, but at least it's REAL.

I dont think Alpha Helix was a failure yet.I think Jay Cutler jumped ship just in time. The problem with Alpha helix was 2 things.1 Stupid name, ALPHA Helix, doesnt sound like a sports nutrition company.2 Jay, was working with Anthony Amato.Anthony Amtpo is an idiot. He is a horrible formulator, and is the reason why Vitargo, is now Garbage. Before Anthony got involved with Vitargo, they had a great product. The original Vitargo was derived from Potato Rice and corn. Now Vitargo, called GENR8 contains Barley Starch.
Whicjh is cheaper to make, but causing bloating and cramping.Every pro, I know used to used Vitargo, and swear by it.I was good friends with Art Atwood, when he used to have the right to pure Vitargo. He was at my Booth at the 2008 Arnold Classic.I personaly sem, atleaset 8 pro bodybuilders, come by the booth and pic up a container of Vitargo so they could use it to carb load for the Arnld Classic.
Now, athletes like Gusatvo, Tony Freeman, as well as mant ohers say, the new Vitargo with Barley starch bloats them and makes then retain water. They wont use it anymore
How can Barley starch, be as good as Potatom rice and corn,,,,It cant
Anthony Amato says it has nothing to do with the source, but its the blue print of how the carb is processed, lol
Jay was smart to walk away from Anthony Amato, and Apha Helix.I talked to Jay 2 months ago, and I told him my honest feling about Anthony, and Vitargo.I dont know if what I said had anything to do with his decision.
But I am glad he walked away from Anthony Amato and Apha Helix.
Jay Cutler, is a nice guy, he is always polite to everyone, and he never says anything bad about anyone.
So I really cant bash the guy, he has always been polite ,to me and everyone I know

company should thank all shareholders for their help in doing the due diligence necessary before finalization of all deals but would like all due diligence to be reported directly to the company instead of putting doubts into shareholders in an effort to help selfish interests.
