It's just rough estimates..aprox 160k in notes left which I too figured at 0001..not counting the interest on them . And there are the 3 payments due to wazzamba or whatever the name is...don't have the info right in front of me...but I know at least one of those payments and maybe even 2 still have to b made.. Each payment is for 100k$ ... I always look at things in worst case ...or stay as conservative as possible depending on situation.... Then there also the chance that do mark And wazzamba create a separate company of which I'm sure holders here would get a share of..but again I would think ownership might be diluted again there as wazzamba would certainly get at least 50percent of the new entity....albeit it would b 50percent of a larger pie,...cause the way it's set now wazzamba will already be taking 50percent of the revs ... I'm mobile right now but will try and find the links..
Same 10k. Pg 25 for info on the 3 flat fee payments to wazzamba...and the negotiations to create a new entity owned by both co's...and just little further down there is a bank loan out due in full at dec 31...backed by stock...pls correct me if I'm seeing something wrong...
