Hello, I got paid on dividends from a penny stock $BMS*, the symbol was $RGB*,they sat in my etrade account with a # similar to $GCHI and became tradable 6 months later....If I not mistaken it opened at $1, dropped to .02 cents and went as high as .47 the same week....It now has stabilized at .15 cents but once the symbol showed up in etrade, they were tradable...there was no update or PR when they started trading, i just woke up one morning and they had a symbol and value of .15 cents....
