Mark C. Perry was the legal counsel used for the SB2 filing to help GTGP public. My mistake, but Richard Greene was still very much involved with the shell at that point in time.

Richard Greene was not just a founder of the GTGP entity he was the long time resident agent meaning he was also acting in a legal sense for the shell. Keep in mind that Richard Greene received a five year suspension from the Florida Bar in 2004 for his involvement in various security frauds.
