Fairview, the comments from management were at the latest January 7th. They still intend to uplist prior to the end of the year. That will require meeting the Capital requirements of 5 million in cash on hand. At the latest without the cash they could uplist January 7th.
Realistic, but believe that it could be later. The 90 day point was factual as information to shareholders, but I believe that it was also a message to potential JV partners that Ocata is not desperate for a deal.
