Wonder which lawyer might have advised Michaels... the great J Scott Bennett that has been handling some cases for him this year or is it someone else.
Not sure that his lawyer Bennett is smart enough to advise anything from what I have seen in the cases he has handled in the past and plus his few little problems with the CA Bar.
Haven't seen any new Press Releases. Have seen some pathetic tweets.
While I am not versed in the land of tweets, it appears that somone else is actually doing the tweets for Michaels and has done some other posting for him... wonder if that person is part of "the team".
Quite the little "team" that Petey has built... so far they have failed miserably, or so it looks from the stock price.
Wonder how anyone will know if Michaels actually sells anything? Of course I don't believe anything will be sold but how can anything be proven? Certainly not with his UNAUDITED financials. We see that in his filings he fails to even do the simpliest thing by taking off the DEAD trademarks and other such things. Much less actually doing any true accounting. Well, lets say his PR's and Financials never match.
But what do I know, I only read what the convicted felon puts out.
