You buy NBRI at .0002. The bid on NBRI is .0001 Enough said! Buy 1 million shares at .0002. $200 + commission. If you sell those 1 million shares, you sell at the bid. $100 + commission. The smallest fraction of a cent is .0001. That's the bid.
