In finance, "investment" is the purchase of an asset with the hope that it will appreciate in order to sell it higher. The term investment is usually used when referring to long-term - it is the opposite of trading/speculation, which are short-term and have a much higher degree of risk.
From what you've said, it appears you're trading INOH, which is probably the best way to handle it - it's certainly not a long-term hold.
