I'd like to see them work with ECAC to push our or reduce their conversion rights. Clearly EC does not want to hurt the company's EPS growth rates which would occur starting in Oct 2015 with their conversion rights added into dil. EPS. Hope Olivia and Dan are working towards a revision of the agreement in the next few months.
