Why disheartening? It has been realitiy all along.

We should be glad that CEPSA made that decision to drill or do 3D, or both: phase 2

Don't you think any decision from CEPSA will affect the share price substantially? 3D is very, very expensive. 3D is used for pinpointing an exact drilling location within a prospect. Even doing 3D instead of drilling is a sign of confidence in the end result.

They are frantically at work, as we know now.
