Operational meant that it could be turned on with no work needing to be done on current machines. If u would pick up phone and talk to bob u would obtain an understanding of how the mill will work. Once they get steady supply of ore to mill from their properties and others, it will be fired up. U dont turn a mill on and turn it off like a light switch. Mills run 24/7 becasue it takes some time for the system to warm up to optimal performance.
