#2889 RE: tob999 #2886

There's nothing wrong with awareness campaigns, pumps, touting, shouting from the rooftops ... it brings a company's achievements out where people can evaluate and buy. Without "pumps" there would be nobody buying anything because nobody would be aware of anything. There would be no momentum, no stock market, no winners no losers.

The danger is the dump, sell-off, profit-taking. That's the norm because most of these POS penny stocks are worthless. The manipulation that occurs after the initial buying frenzy is shameful true but it goes with the territory. Big Board stocks have their p and d activity even though there is usually actual nominal value as opposed to zero value in the penny/sub-penny world. That's what makes trading so interesting and dangerous.

Very rarely is a company under-valued even after the "pump". If it is, investors/swing traders step in and accumulate. That's the case with UAPC. One sign of that is the lack of dump. It has real value and is likely to increase in value, even if oil prices are temporarily depressed. This is assuming they continue to manage their assets strategically.
